correspondence course in Musical Arranging with Berklee Conservatorium
(USA).

by SA Education Department teaching guitar and Theory to High
School students.
Established
private recording studio and teaching practice. Completed extensive
audio
production projects (studio and location) for local television
and radio broadcast.
Elected
Musical Director for South East Modern Music Society - a 17-piece
workshop/stageband.
Produced,
arranged and engineered first LP and singles in region.
Oct.1978
Moved
to Sydney under invitation to join Johnny O'Keefe showband.
Worked
as Musical Director for Normie Rowe following JOK's death - this
would continue until

with American harmonica player Doc Span. Together this duo performed

thousands of gigs, recorded 4 albums and appeared at every major

blues
festival in all States.

BASF Sunnie Award for Best Blues/R&B album - 'The Last Train',
an
all-original, self recorded and produced acoustic effort with
Doc Span.
